Returns, Cancellations, and Warranty Policy

“Seller” means theblockwire.co

“Buyer” means the customer


1) Returns for Unopened Items (Non-Defective)

The Seller may, at its sole discretion, accept returns or cancellations of units that are unopened and remain in their original packaging, provided the request is made within fourteen (14) days of the date of purchase.

The Buyer is solely responsible for all costs associated with the return of any units, including:

If a return is approved, a restocking fee equal to ten percent (10%) of the total order value will apply.

Refunds will be issued within twenty (20) days after the Seller confirms receipt and inspection of the returned units.


2) Cancellation of Unshipped Orders (Including Preorders)

The Seller may, at its sole discretion, accept cancellations of unshipped orders if requested within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date.

For preorders, after the fourteen (14) day window has passed, the Seller may be unable to accept cancellations, as manufacturer payments are required to initiate production and/or allocation.

If a cancellation is approved, a cancellation fee equal to ten percent (10%) of the total order value will apply.


3) Returns and Exchanges for Defective or DOA Units

Eligibility

The Seller accepts claims for defective or DOA (Dead On Arrival) units only, and only if the claim is submitted within thirty (30) days of delivery.

The Seller does not accept “change of mind” returns for opened items.

Do not send any package before receiving approval.

If a return or exchange is approved, the Seller will email a prepaid return label along with instructions. Returns sent without an approved RMA and return label may be refused.
